30 hours free childcare
Working families in England with 3 and 4-year-old children* are eligible to receive 30 hours free childcare.
*If you, and your partner earn (on average) at least £139 per week (equal to 16 hours at the National Minimum or Living Wage) and less than £100,000 per year
*If you, or your partner, are on maternity, paternity or adoption leave, or you’re unable to work because you are disabled or have caring responsibilities, you could still be eligible.
*To keep your 30 hours free childcare place you need to check your details are up to date every 3 months.

All children are entitled to 15 hours free childcare the term after their third birthday. Your child can take their free 15 hours attending nursery for five morning or five afternoon sessions. At Hilderthorpe Nursery, our sessions are:
Morning Session – 8.50am -11.50am
Afternoon Session- 12.20pm-3.20pm
There will be no charge for these sessions. Children can attend extra hours on top of their 15 free hours for a charge of £3.00 per hour. Below are the options of paid sessions your child can attend.

Children who attend a full day can bring a packed lunch or have a school dinner at cost of £2.20.
Families who are in receipt of certain benefits may qualify for free school meals.
